Pure Life items bought at retail stores or other channels not directly from Pure Life must be returned to the original point of sale.
Returns and exchanges must be approved by our support team before they are shipped. We understand every customers purchase is one of a kind and always try to give each individual a personal experience.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the original packaging.
The refund policy only applies to the first product purchased. Any additional opened products of the same SKU are not eligible for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Items purchased at retail stores or other channels aside from Pure Life must adhere to the point of sales refund policy. We do not offer refunds on those purchases.
