Directions and Dosage
Should I take Gabatrol every day, or only “as needed”?
Gabatrol is best when used cyclically or periodically (3-5 days on, 2-4 days off for example). If you struggle with chronic anxiety or stress, you can use Gabatrol everyday for uninterrupted relief. For everyday use, its best to use smaller amounts. “The least amount possible to achieve the desired result” is what we recommend.
On the other hand, if you experience occasional stress or anxiety or infrequent depression, you can take Gabatrol “as needed” to enhance positive feelings when you need it most. Gabatrol achieves high success rates for most all types of stress and anxiety. Some users only use Gabatrol on weekends when they are going out to socialize and do not want to drink alcohol in order to relax and unwind.
How many servings should I take at once? And how many times per day should I take Gabatrol?
A single dose of 2-4 capsules (1/2 to 1 teaspoon powder) is sufficient for most people, but in some cases taking 5-6 caps (1.25 tsp) at once may be more effective. Start small and increase dose if needed, especially if you weight less than 140 pounds.
For children, consult with a physician. We have parents reporting great results with 1 capsule or 1/4 tsp of powder.
